All four materials can be turned, milled and drilled on standard equipment. Keep tools sharp, use light cuts and good cooling to avoid built-in stress. Where a plastic part replaces metal, review the design. Add generous radii, avoid sharp internal corners, and make sure walls are thick enough for the load. A good design in the right plastic can outlast metal in corrosive or abrasive service while saving weight and noise.
These materials are also often specified by an engineer as an equivalent to a named brand. If your drawing names a brand grade, send the data sheet or grade name and we will say what can be matched. Remember that colour and filler change properties. Natural PEEK, glass-filled PEEK and carbon-filled PEEK do not behave identically; the same is true for PPS and PET. Stating the filler or colour avoids a wrong delivery.
