How to Install Gym Flooring
Interlocking tiles are designed for straightforward DIY installation: start from a straight wall, lock the tiles together row by row and trim the edges with a sharp utility knife. Rolled flooring is best laid by our team or a local contractor, who will acclimatise the rolls, cut them to size and fix the joints for a clean finish. In both cases the subfloor should be clean, dry and level.

What thickness of gym flooring do I need?
For general fitness areas, 15–20 mm is common. For heavy free-weight and Olympic lifting platforms, we recommend 30–50 mm for better shock absorption and subfloor protection.
Is rubber gym flooring suitable for outdoor gyms?
Yes. Our rubber flooring is UV-stable and weather-resistant, so it suits covered outdoor training areas as well as indoor gyms.
Can I install gym flooring myself?
Interlocking tiles are designed for DIY installation. Rolled flooring is usually installed by our team or a local contractor for the best finish.
Do you supply gym flooring across Saudi Arabia?
