What is the difference between drainage mats and anti-fatigue mats?
Drainage mats have open holes that let water, oil and food debris pass through to the floor, keeping the walking surface dry. Anti-fatigue mats are solid cushioned mats that reduce leg strain during long standing shifts. Many kitchens use both in different zones.
