ESD Conductive Flooring Tiles – Product Details
Industrial ESD flooring tiles in KSA are used wherever a build-up of static charge could damage electronic components, disturb sensitive instruments or create an ignition risk. The tiles we supply are made from PVC compounded with conductive material so that charge from people and equipment is dissipated to ground through the floor, in combination with grounding strips and ESD footwear. Tiles are classed as conductive or static-dissipative according to their surface-to-ground resistance range, and the correct class is chosen to match the facility standard.
Anti static conductive tiles for Saudi facilities are supplied as interlocking modules that lay over existing concrete or raised floors without adhesive, or as glue-down tiles for permanent installations. What is the difference between conductive and static-dissipative tiles?
Conductive tiles have a lower resistance to ground and discharge static faster; dissipative tiles discharge more slowly and are often used where personnel safety around live equipment is a concern. The facility standard determines which is required.
Do the tiles need grounding?
Yes. The floor is connected to earth with copper grounding strips at set intervals so that charge has a path to ground.
Can the tiles be laid on an existing floor?
Interlocking ESD tiles lay over sound concrete or existing hard floors; grounding strips are placed beneath the tiles during installation.

How is the ESD floor tested after installation?
Surface-to-ground resistance is measured with a resistance meter at several points once the floor is grounded. We can advise on the test procedure for the tiles supplied.
Can the tiles be used in a cleanroom?
Smooth-surface ESD tiles are used in controlled areas; confirm the cleanliness class and cleaning chemicals with us before ordering.
Do you stock ESD tiles in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Tiles and grounding accessories are held in our Dammam warehouse.
