ESD & Anti-Static Rubber Sheets – Product Details
Anti-static and ESD rubber sheets are formulated with conductive fillers so that static charge drains safely to earth instead of building up on surfaces. Conductive grades have a surface resistance below 10^5 ohm; static-dissipative grades sit between 10^5 and 10^9 ohm; anti-static grades are typically up to 10^11 ohm. The right grade depends on whether you are protecting sensitive electronics, preventing sparks in flammable atmospheres or simply controlling nuisance static.

What is the difference between anti-static, dissipative and conductive rubber?
They differ in surface resistance. Conductive drains charge fastest, dissipative drains it in a controlled way for electronics, and anti-static limits charge build-up for general use.
Can the sheet be earthed?
Yes. Bench and floor mats can be supplied with earth studs and grounding cords, or you can earth them through a conductive fixing.
Do you cut to size?
Yes. We supply by the metre, full roll or cut to bench or floor dimensions.
