Corner Guards

Type A
Corner guards are designed to provide drivers with maximum visibility, featuring black and yellow stripes in standard hazard warning colours. The durable rubber buffer’s wrap-around shape shields your property corners, columns, and entrances from vehicle or warehouse impact. The corner guards can be easily installed on concrete, brick, or other surfaces, whether plain, finished, or plastered.

Diode offers corner guards available in all-black rubber molded extrusion or with illuminated yellow strips on both arms of the guards. We design corner guards to consider the impact of vehicular hits. The metal retainers of our corner guards help protect the concrete wall against the impact. On the other hand, the rubber present on our guards prevents damage to the vehicles.

Type B
With Metal Backup Sheet: Our professionals secure the metal backing plate to the wall by drilling
Six holes in a ‘Z’ pattern (diagonally opposite) and fix it using M6 x 40 mm GI screws and rawl plugs. Ultimately, the experts slide the rubber profile over the mounted metal plate to complete the installation.

Without a Metal Backup Sheet: We secure corner guards without a metal backup sheet using a combination of mechanical fasteners and epoxy adhesive. The fasteners include GI flat screws with size between 4-6 mm.

Wall Guards

A range of solid rubber wall guards designed for easy and secure wall mounting. These guards can wrap around steel or concrete bollards, absorbing impact and reducing property damage. The guards are available in a wide range of thicknesses and widths.

The screw head is hidden in recessed grooves, preventing accidental damage to property or vehicles. These buffers can be mounted horizontally or vertically on walls, columns, and ramps. They are suitable for various surfaces, including brick, plaster, steel, and concrete.

Designed to absorb impact in loading bays, service areas, and car parks, the solid rubber guards are fixed at 500 mm intervals to fit anchor bolts and minimize the risk of damage. We supply ‘E’ guards cut to exact lengths to meet your site requirements.

Laminated Dock Bumper

Diode offers Laminated Dock Bumpers that are easy to install, weather-resistant, and long-lasting, protecting building walls, dock equipment, and truck cargo from potential damage.

Bumper projection should be specified at a minimum of 4 inches. For recessed docks or special applications, additional forecasts may be required.
